Bible Study for Special Needs Moms

Join us for Women’s Bible Study every 4th Thursday

What: Joy for the Journey Women’s Bible Study (for special needs moms/grandmoms/female caregivers)

Where: Bethelview United Methodist Church, 4525 Bethelview Road, Cumming, GA 30040

Our monthly Bible Study is led by group member and pastor, Rev. Nancy Johnson. This is a regular Bible Study held monthly on the 4th Thursday of each month, 7:00pm until 8:30pm. This particular event is for the women in our group (special needs moms/grandmoms/female caregivers in our group), but those outside our group are also welcome – please bring a friend!

For our women’s study, we will be using a study book to guide us. The book is entitled: Healing from Brokenness (despite the title of the book, there is no implication that we, our families, or our children are “broken”) This group will focus on encouragement for finding joy while living this journey. You are not required to order the book. You may attend without it and just follow along while you are there. But if you desire to, we encourage you to order the book for less than $10 at this site:https://www.cokesbury.com/forms/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=1333268

A great big “THANK YOU” to Rev. Nancy Johnson “Nancy” for leading this group. Nancy is pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Roswell. She and her family live in Forsyth County. We also want to send a huge “THANK YOU” to Bethelview United Methodist Church in Cumming for allowing us to meet monthly at their facility off Bethelview Road. We are thankful for you both!!! ♥

We hope many moms can make it out to the Bible Study as we share together and encourage each other!!! See you there! 🙂
